30-day returns
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
How to start a return
Email support@lulupack.co with your order number. We reply with a return address and a reference code within one business day.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the parcel arriving back at our warehouse. Shipping costs are refunded only when the return is due to a fault on our side.
Damaged or faulty items
Send a photo within 30 days and we ship a replacement immediately — no return required.
